Subway - Roanoke Rapids

I put a contract for Subs for a Christmas meeting and was concerned about the holidays that there were problems. To my surprise, the person I spoke to on the phone was the most helpful and pleasant person I met during this holiday season! I called to check the order in the morning of pickup and she knew my name immediately and had my order ready! Everything was so fresh and beautiful placed on a tray! When I picked up my order, I was created with a smile and a thank you for ordering us! I'll keep an eye on this for the next time! Very happy! Merry Christmas!

The service was very good, said the young man hallo when we entered the building, he made our sub-parts just the way we asked and then a lady while on her phone, checked us how the young man said she couldn't be on the phone while on the line... she didn't seem to care. I gave 4 stars because of the service, but Annette has to get a clue or get another job!

We got sandwiches here. The lady waiting for us was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and organized. The vegetables were fresh. I'd give this place 5 stars. Great sandwiches.
