Domino's Pizza - Roanoke Rapids

The app indicated when the pizza would be ready, but when I arrived 10 minutes after that time and waited an additional 15 minutes in the drive-thru, I was informed that the bread bites weren't ready. I was asked to pull around and get back in line. By the time I reached the window again, I saw them finally putting the bread bites in the oven. In total, I waited over 40 minutes for my order while stuck in line.

The service was awful. The app indicated that my pizza had been ready for 30 minutes, so I called to check on the delivery. I was informed that there was only one driver available and it would take an additional 45 minutes for my order to arrive.

Best pizza in town! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. If anything is off with your pizza, just let them know, and they will fix it right away without any fuss. I absolutely love Domino's!

Placed an order online and after an hour called me to tell me that they couldn't deliver to my location after dark. Asked if I could get my delivery fee, plus my tip back, manager said best she could do was a free 2 liter. Manager has NO customer serviceskills.

In my opinion, the Domino's Pizza in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, offers the best pizza in Roanoke Valley. I frequently order delivery from them, and my business is always appreciated. The delivery drivers are friendly and courteous, making them the kind of people you don't mind inviting into your home!
