Mcdonald's - רעננה ישראל

The worst macdonald branch in the world. Noisy. Dirty toilet. Slow service. Not following order instructions. Not bringing the right order after pointing the mistake. The manager should be fired.

I have to re reviewe this place the standard of service has just dropped , I paid the table service surcharge, and then waited about15 min no food restaurant is empty maybe 3 people , I noticed the food sitting on the counter getting cold and had to ask where is my food here you can take it , I reply I paid for service to my table,,Finally get said service food is cold check receipt extra sources miss . I had to ask for them and reproduce my slip to show I paid 4 it, no serviettes, can only say must be due to poor training , the food was normal. This has become the norm at this macdonald sorry to say, it use tobe great service

You can wait for your order about an hour or even more, last time waited until receiving sms and then waited some more. Order was without any sauces, napkins or something. in other words, balagan shalem for this price, level of service even lower then in cheapest falafel in Israel. ha-ha.

Probably one of the worst McDonald's I've tasted. Food arrived cold, chips were barely edible and took about an hour for delivery.

Overall a great little McDonalds. Was a bit shocked that they charged an extra 5 nis table fee to sit, which seemed a bit rude, and we were only given 3 ketchup packets at a time each time we asked, even though we ordered nuggets and fries. Seems a bit stingy
