Wow... The good ratings had me convinced but I was disappointed by the end of the visit. The customer service was terrible! Wanted to make a few adjustments that are usually allowed at restaurants with good service yet they wouldn't fry the bacon bits as preferred and then they decided not to meet most of our requests. I got the veal in sour cream which was nearly disgusting. I took a bit to be disappointed, giving it a second second bite was a mistake. I also noticed flies all around the restaurant which made me wonder how the kitchen looks. There is no reason to return or recommend this restaurant to anyone ever again. The server went out of her way to make sure I was aware that I would pay for something I only took two bites out of. No apologies or sense of respect towards me, a good customer on the regular basis. My family members were mistreated as well. They were eager to get paid and get us to buy more or out the door. Again and again disappointment followed by more disappointment. I could rant and rant on and on about the disappointment but the best is for another customer not to visit. Don't do me a favor but yourself by not even stepping into this corrupt business. Don't let the reviews and stars deceive you! Don't be a fool like I was going to a riverside restaurant with nothing for show...

Horrible service rude, rude, RUDE waitress who found it entertaining to correct nuisances in pronunciation. The food? I wouldn’t call it edible. Re fried meat plate, the chef “forgot” an order, food was lukewarm and tasteless. Nothing fresh. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT eat here Тут не стоїть їсти !!!!!

Very tasty, good presentation of dishes, pleasant atmosphere and cozy location. A desire to add light shutters/blinds for the windows on the 1st floor, the view is great, but in the sunny season it is a little uncomfortable.

Dishes are served according to the one eats, the other watches scheme. In conclusion the mood is spoiled, the food is taken home. There are no complaints about the quality of the dishes. But the staff should warn visitors about the timing of cooking. There is no desire to return.
