Texas Roadhouse - Riverview

I was contacted by management at this location re the issue which I was impressed by. What could have been probably the best TX Roadhouse dinner we 've ever experienced (5 stars for food; 5 stars for service) was ruined because we were seated next to a table of 10+ exuberant (I 'm being kind) young female team members who made so much noise all we did throughout the meal was debate whether we should say something and in trying not to spoil their fun, we ruined ours.

We ordered take out at the Wesley Chapel area Texas Road House. Staff was very pleasant and patient while we decided what we wanted. Should have checked the bag before we left. The loaded mashed potatoes were not in the bag. Some of the rolls were a little dark in color. Food tasted great. Overall a good experience.

My buddy and I went here today for dinner. It's been about a year since we were last there. I opted for a burger and fries, which I think was a solid choice. I usually prefer medium rare or medium, but got it cooked well-done. It was great, and so were the steak fries. The seasoning is always nice. We had the potato skins for an appetizer, and I'd say that the quantity is pretty good for two people, maybe three. Our server, Sophie, was very friendly. She may have been covering several tables, but she constantly checked in on us. The wait for our food wasn't that long, which was nice.

Where do I start? Hostesses we’re so nice! Got seated immediately on a Saturday at 9:30. Server Jessie was quick and attentive, and checked in regularly. The manager on staff stopped by to check in on everything. The FOOD!! Was amazing. Everything delicious, hot and huge servings! I almost never take food home and today I did. Such a great spot, I can’t wait to come back!

They're always busy, yet the service is stellar and food consistent. Tonight, we came in tired and hungry after leaving another local place with disappointment. Our server Ethan did an awesome job making up for our near-soured evening. Our food arrived quickly, and the ultimate margaritas are tasty too! Thanks also to one of the managers, Ryan, for stopping by to ensure we were having a positive experience. We'll definitely keep coming back.
