Katana Japanese Express (riverview)

Absolutely the best sushi spot! We love it so much that we've ordered from here twice, each time trying different rolls. If you go for the party box B, you get 8 classic rolls and 2 special rolls for just $51.95, which is plenty of sushi for 6 people. Our favorite is definitely the Godzilla roll, but the Hawaiian roll and the Double J roll were fantastic as well!

I visited this restaurant twice over a few days in May, and I found the sushi to be both reasonable in price and delicious! The service is counter-style, and the food is served in clear carryout containers, along with carryout soy sauce, which was a nice touch. The dishes arrive quickly and are nicely presented. It seems they do a good takeout business, but the dining area was quiet during both of my visits. Currently, seating at the sushi counter is not available, but there is plenty of other seating. I'll give them a 5 for the food, quality, and overall cleanliness, although there were quite a few carryout boxes and cleaning supplies left out in the seating area that detracted from the restaurant's appearance.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The Thai iced tea was delicious, and the food was fantastic. I tried the rainbow roll, chicken teriyaki hibachi, and a combination of salmon and steak hibachi. Everything was fresh and prepared quickly. The Japanese fried rice was particularly unique and flavorful. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, this has been the best Japanese restaurant I’ve visited in Florida!

My favorite sushi spot in town! I've been ordering the boat each week for the past few weeks, and it's enough to feed a family of five. I highly recommend the Godzilla and sweet potato rolls, and then you can explore from there. Everything is delicious, so you really can't go wrong!

This is a fantastic place to unwind, whether you're looking for a snack or a full meal. I really enjoyed my chai tea along with the spring rolls; they were fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!
