Tim Hortons - Riverview

Although this location is pretty nice looking and has a relatively fast drive through, they are too inconsistent with accommodating dietary restrictions. If you ask for almond milk instead of cream in an Ice Capp or any other drink it's a 9/10 chance that they'll just add the almond milk ontop of the normal cream and leave you with a strange tasting drink and stomach pains for the rest of the day. I no longer frequent this location now that the newer staff is incapable of understanding why dietary restrictions and alternatives are offered and ordered.If you have any dietary restrictions I would not go to this Tim Hortons.Dietary restrictions: This location does not consistently accommodate dietary restrictions. The majority of the time when I order a beverage with a dairy alternative they just add the alternative ontop of the normal dairy; it leads to incredible discomfort for hours. Thanks.

I’ve been going to this tims for probably 15 years now and the service is great but it seems whenever i ask for something i usually don’t get they’re never in stock, might want to think about ordering more product or just not advertising the entire menu.

Terrible service, staff is rude to one another and i can hear cursing through the drive through window. would not recommend this location, they do not understand the basic principles of respect and customer service WILL NOT RETURN

Coffee is always hot and their muffins are always fresh and delicious. Great place to sit and relax as you figure out your plans for the day.
