Subway - Riverton

When we walked in it was clean and very nice. We went up to the counter and looked at what we wanted. While we were looking the two ladies were very busy filling online orders. The one lady that is taller with pale pink hair was very upset. She was slamming the toaster door, slamming meat that she didn't use back down. You could tell she was not having it. She was rude and not happy when my husband and I started to order. She wouldn't look at us or talk just throwing a fit. I made sure to let her know that I hope she has a good rest of her day and to smile. Food was great but the customer service was awful and what brought this rating down.

I went in there during lunch time with a friend. We have never been so disrespected. The blonde lady (butterfly tattoos) is so rude and seems so disgusted with all of her customers. She cut me and my friend off and raised her voice at us about if we were splitting the order. She’s so childish, she deserves a job where it has no interactions with people. Actually make sure she’s not with animals she might kill them because of how cruel she is.

I used to like Subway but this was the worst sub I have ever had. I purchased the NEW Philly sub and they said I couldn't add any toppings. It was a Stake, peppers, cheese, and onion. Super flat sub. So much for making it your way. For a $17 foot long sub I was very disappointed.

The food was good, however one of the workers was very rude to our group. We’ve been to this location multiple times and the other workers are great but this lady was not. We won’t be returning to this location in the future.

Avoid this location, I have never been treated so rudely before coming to this place. This blonde lady who was working was very rude, prepared my order violently and prepared it wrong, but at least she was wearing a mask acceptably. I prefer to drive longer than having to come back.
