Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Riverton

My fellow worker and I came here today. we share bobbie and capastrami. medium size, he has chips and I have coleslaw. both sandwiches were just above the top coat. I will recommend this place all the time. the staff was friendly and fast. Do you like one and come here.

First. I ordered the traditional steak and cheese with spicy and sweet paprika and it was fantastic. the soft brot around the salty spiced steak with spicy, sweet paprika and the creamy gooey cheese sauce. I would have got 5 stars, but it took about 25 minutes to get our food. I know there might seem pretentious, but there were 3 people in front of us, there were only 3 employees. it was a Sunday and maybe a hired person who was sick or underoccupied, but regardless of my experience. taste: 5 waiting time = 4

My first delicious! had bobbie and capistrami. it took a while to get my food, especially because it was the only one in the restaurant. but wait!

Restaurant is very dirty. Not a single clean table. Food all over the floor and windows extremely dirty. My husband ordered a sandwich and I ordered the Wagyu Blu salad. I asked for a fork to eat my salad and they couldn’t find one. Told me they were sorry, but they were out of forks. I asked the manager for a refund, as I was going to eat the salad at a clean outside table, but they had no forks. The attitude of the manager, who did refund my salad, was oh well this isn’t my store. I told her it is very dirty and someone should clean some tables for their customers. We have eaten here before and it has always been very clean and exceptional food and service. Not sure what is going on, new ownership or manager, but we won’t be back. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the manager did agree and did refund me back the money for the salad.

I ordered the steak and cheese, and to be honest, it was below average. The texture of the meat was off, and the flavor just didn't hit the mark. I've had worse sandwiches, but not many.
