Jamaica Blue Stockland Riverton

Firstly, one of my hot meals arrived 20 minutes after the other, leaving the first meal cold in the meantime. It's basic courtesy for all meals to be served at the same time. Secondly, I ordered a double shot iced coffee, but it turned out to be overly milky when it arrived. It was also served without a straw or spoon. When I requested the young man who prepared the drink to add another shot, he argued with me loudly, insisting he had already done so, all while others looked on. This was quite frustrating. Additionally, I specifically asked for my eggs to be cooked well done, but they came out runny instead. It seems like there’s a communication issue, as everything appears to go through the same person who takes the orders and seemingly does everything. Another point of concern is the way the staff handled the cups—they were served with fingers around the rim instead of on a saucer using the handle. When I mentioned my concerns to the manager on my way out, he simply replied, "Thanks for your feedback," which felt dismissive. It’s a shame to see another promising franchise struggling due to these issues.

Thank you to the staff at Jamaica Blue for being so consistently friendly and for making excellent coffee. It's a lovely place to sit down, have a bite to eat, and enjoy a good cup of coffee. I truly appreciate the small coffee options they offer – just the right size and a great blend. I also really enjoy the little treat that comes with the coffee. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

New owners could take time to build customers after closing

Ok place nice polite service. food choice was limited. would love some salads.

Meal served after half an hour ice cold. Returned it and served warm meal in 4 minutes.
