Taco Bell - Riverside

The staff is incredibly friendly and it seems like they are doing their best in today's circumstances. My meal was hot and prepared with care. Google says they open at 6:30, but the door says 6, however they did not open until 7. A sign on the door would be helpful. I called and they answered the phone politely, informing me that they opened around 7. I am not familiar with how business operates in this city. There is a large homeless population nearby and since I was on foot, there was feces on the path near the university. A homeless man watched me from outside until Taco Bell opened, and then he came in and stared at me intensely. The staff recognized him and asked if they could assist. It was quite unsettling. It felt like the staff needed a walk-up window for foot traffic, as the location seemed to be a hangout for the homeless. I noticed similar issues with other businesses in the area. The order kiosk was helpful for the staff and easy to use. It allowed me to place an order while they served customers in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, online ordering was not an option and they were out of breakfast salsa.

Our visit to this restaurant was terrible. We had to wait a long time to be served. My daughter and I approached the counter and waited but we were ignored. When my daughter asked for 3 orders of nacho cheese, the young lady, who seemed annoyed, insisted that we had only ordered 2. After explaining our order again, the young lady realized her mistake and went back to the kitchen to prepare our food.

I enjoy this Taco Bell because the food always tastes fresh and not stale, and I did not get food poisoning.

A word! Not only did I wait 30 min for my eating in the time when they gave me my eating my tacos, where super soggy and fall apart I cried out to let management know about my situation and he was so rude, just keep saying ya mam we are busy! only because you do not give them the right to serve men's cold and nasty eating! we are in a pandemic should they treat people well with better care they don't know if all the money they have to eat! will not come back here!

Says the open at 7am, they don’t. They won’t take your order although they’re inside the building. If you’re stopping by to this location, plan to stop by after 8am.
