Bidrage med feedbackI cannot give this Casino/Hotel enough stars!!!!! We googled places to get away to and thought we would give it a try for a 5 hour getaway. Don't know where to start: The casino, hotel, front desk and restaurants and all staff are all A1. Hotel room was beautiful and so clean, casino was always being meticulously cleaned and the staff and gaming people were great! We ate at 22 and Vine Restaurant and Cafe. Food was incredible, staff was amazing and fun, while being very professional and the prices were amazing. We were unable to try the buffet the days we were there, but can only imagine how good it would have been. Wish I would have jotted down some names to commend, but there were too many. This surpassed any experience we have had in Vegas. Thank you again and we can't wait to come back!!!!!
We love going there on the weekend for the live show and buffet but every time the seats were taken by the regulars who also “saved” seats for their friends.It’s either first come, you seat or make the area bigger to accommodate more patrons. Buffet was not as big as it used to, less items available and they limit the days they’re open. Still appreciate that we have buffet near our town and serves our favorite crab legs . Get the crab legs an hour after they open for dinner since usually they serve the tiny legs on the first hour .
I booked online on Riverside website a king room when I arrived I was told I booked a accessible room which I wish I would have taken a screen shot. I know I did not. Can't really use the shower and beds too lowRoom was quite dusty more so then I've seen in a hotel room. It was very surprising. I spent almost 300 dollars to not enjoy my room whatsoever. The lady at the hotel desk didn't offer any help. The vent in the bathroom also doesn't work so when my husband went to the bathroom the smell stuck around for hours. After arriving we went to the Roberts buffet. 81$ for 2 people. Also was very disappointed, Even the desserts were like hard because I assume the food was not getting rotated. Only thing that was good and be rotated was the crab legs I swear. And the service was very very minimal we had to wait 20 mins for drinks and then the soda was undrinkable. First time stay and the way this went it will be the last. Very disappointed. The room and the cleanliness was my biggest issue. Also hair in the bathroom, hardly in water pressure in shower, etc
1st few years casino was open we loved going. The food quality has sharply gone down, while cost to eat has raised dramatically. Disappointed the management has let the quality of service, food, and amenities go down hill. The valet parking for the elderly was great then disappeared during covid panic and has not returned. The buffet has jumped in price and hours open are less. The buffet is never busy like it once was because the food quality is very poor. There's a 4star resturant in the casino is a little better then the buffet. Too bad this casino was a great place to go on date night but wouldn't even consider it now
Without a doubt the worst casino I've ever been in. Have been there before and not sure why I went back. Might as well just hand your money to a host or hostess and leave. I know you should NEVER go into a casino with expectations of winning but this place is horrible. Also, buffet prices are outrageous for what they offer.
