Mixies Ice Cream Cookies - Riverside

On June 26, 2022, we visited the restaurant based on the hours listed on Google Maps from 11am to 9:30am. However, upon arriving at 9:02am with our 4 children, we found that everything was already closed and the staff ignored us until I mentioned the incorrect opening hours. It turns out they actually closed at 9am on Sundays. This was very disappointing for our children who were looking forward to dining there. I recommended that they update their listed hours to avoid this issue in the future.

I relied on the published business hours, which stated that the restaurant was open until 11 o'clock. However, when we arrived at 10:40, we were met by an unfriendly employee who seemed to be the manager. They informed us that despite the posted closing time of 11 o'clock, they actually close whenever they feel like it. This was a major disappointment and a disservice to customers who rely on accurate information. Is this a questionable business practice?

My partner and I really enjoy this restaurant. The flavors may not always be consistent, hence the name, but we always manage to find something we like on the menu. However, we were disappointed when we arrived tonight at 9:30, as indicated online, only to find that the kitchen was already closed. An employee informed us that the closing time can vary depending on who is working. It would be helpful for the online hours to accurately reflect the actual operating hours to avoid confusion and frustration for customers.

Mixies handmade ice meets the point! creamy ices and so many toppings and these warm Google cookies, delish! the staff was polite and patient with all my asking. my mother and my sisters have swung over mercenaries. it is destined the journey worth!

My family and I enjoy stopping by Mixies each time when we come into Riverside from AZ. The employees are always so nice and helpful. My ice cream faves or drip mode and chocolate lavender. Both are so flavorful as you taste the cinnamon in the drip mode and the lavender in the chocolate. And to be honest all the cookies are fresh and yummy!
