Mcdonald's - Riverside

At almost 70 years old, the last thing I want to do is have to argue with a couple of young girls as to what constitutes a plain, beef patty only burger in a couple of Happy meals. Both orders showed up with cheese, which should be no big deal toexchange. The female employee at the window started to argue that it WAS a plain burger. I then unwrapped it, showed her. Shevery grudgingly took them back only to have a female shift manager come to the window and tell us that in the future, order aplain burger. I then pulled out the receipt to show her that it said plain , but she slammed the window shut, refusing to comeback. Folks, this is really bad business. All this over 2 little burgers?? I frequent this particular McDonald 's every morning,getting coffee and whatever. This occurred early Sunday evening, about 7pm or so. My wife of 49 years was with me and you canbelieve, we will NEVER frequent this McDonald 's again. If I were the owner of this establishment, I 'd be concerned.

I appreciate the new cashier that received my order. She was very nice to me and so kind. Very good Vanilla treat. ???? I appreciate you so much McDonald's! In God We Trust. Amen.

Came to have breakfast with my princess Bella place was nice and clean. We got our order quickly and fresh. Oh yeah the place has been remodeled it looks nice.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff never seems to come out of the kitchen to check on customers or offer assistance. I waited 30 minutes for my cheeseburger and fries, which were completely cold when they finally arrived. This isn't the first time this has happened. Unfortunately, it’s one of the few options near my workplace, so I often find myself waiting for cold food during my lunch breaks. Ever since they put up a wall in front of the kitchen, the customer service has really declined. I ended up paying $7 for food that wasn’t warm. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share just how frustrating this experience was.

The fried chicken and buns were overcooked! My orders through DoorDash have consistently been messed up. It's so frustrating!
