However, after writing what I thought was a nice review (and having just placed a $100 order), the owner contacted me to express concern about my 4 out of 5-star review. While she attempted to justify her prices, she ended up undermining my feedback. Why would I want to continue ordering from her after that? It seems she expects a world where no one may say anything critical about her business. I even tried to reach out to Google and Yelp regarding her comments. It’s quite disappointing to encounter someone with such a narcissistic attitude, unable to appreciate the positive aspects of a review alongside a critique. Since the owner chose to confront me about my feedback, I decided to cancel my food order and will not be returning in the future. Owner, please understand that sometimes what people say reflects more on them than on you. Don’t underestimate your customers' ability to read both positive and negative reviews and form their own opinions about your food. Your reaction has ultimately hurt your business.

I had no idea this restaurant existed until I saw it on Grubhub, so I decided to give it a try! I'm really glad I did! I ordered for pickup, and the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. But the best part? The food was absolutely amazing! I had the best patty melt I've had in a long time. The beef was delicious, the onions were perfectly caramelized, and the marble rye was divine! No exaggeration! I also really enjoyed the pasta salad. I'm so happy to discover this place!

This place is fantastic! My daughter, who is 8 months pregnant, and I went to get sandwiches for dinner yesterday. The gentleman who took her order was very kind and even offered her a free water and dessert. The food was delicious!

The Italian food and the feeling here is very good. I love eating here. I've only had great experiences here and come back. Bring your appetite because portions are generous. This place has many reviews for a reason.
