I arrived about 30 minutes before my reservation and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They seated me right away and offered a drink and delivered chips and salsa while I waited for my party. We never felt rushed; just the perfect amount of checking on us. The food was excellent and the margaritas were huge and delicious. Can’t wait to return.
Fajitas vegetables were undercooked, seems like they are also going sparse on the seasoning. Beans were like paste and guacamole was bland. Have dined here many times before but last night they were off point.
I was disappointed that valet in front of the hotel was closed. We had to go around the block and still ended up paying for valet even though it was a bit of a walk. We arrived exactly 10 minutes late which is the grace period and I was worried there would be a problem but they didn’t mention our lateness and weren’t ready for us yet anyway. It’s really beautiful in the courtyard. All tables are outside. It was cold but they had many heaters which made it quite comfortable. This was the last weekend of the Festival of Lights and the courtyard was impressively decorated. The service was good. The food was good overall. The shrimp ceviche was not impressive. They were out of the empanadas. The beef birria was oddly seasoned and left us both with numb tongues. The open faced quesadilla (I just ordered veggie), the crème brûlée, and the location are worth going back for.
Our Server Katie provided excellent guest service which made our visit exceptional Thank You you need to train and hire more staff like Katie I’m a regular there and I was treated like royalty. Best experience !
