Fusion Restaurant And Bar - Riverside

The restaurant is clean and cozy, with reasonably priced food and a menu offering a wide range of vegan and vegetarian friendly options, as well as other dishes. I tried the FUSION CALAMARI and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place for a meal. I will definitely be returning.

Located on Brockton Avenue in Riverside and slightly hidden, this restaurant is a hidden gem worth finding. The entrance is through a gate, not the door on the right. The space is clean, spacious, with a small outdoor seating area. The bar is large with comfortable barstools, offering a variety of drinks. I tried the Spring Roll, which was large and fresh. The dipping sauce was flavorful. The Spicy Garlic Toothpick Filet Mignon was delicious with perfectly seasoned meat and great veggies. The portion size was ideal for two as an appetizer. I also tried the Grilled/BBQ Beef Banh Mi on a french baguette, which was recommended by Anthony. The sandwich packed a flavorful punch with housemade mayonnaise and butter. Anthony provided excellent customer service and even shared some tips for my future trip to Hawaii. Overall, a great experience with tasty food and friendly service. Thank you, Anthony!

One of my go-to vegan spots in riverside is it stoney and out of the way. the personal is great and the owner is great!

I order the seafood pho and bark meat and protein banh mi. it was so delicious that I post photos when I can find out. oh yes, they let me also taste their vegan ham and, wow taste like ham! updated by previous review on 2022-02-22

We have vegan egg rolls, vegan ham and chicken bah mi and the bark pho. the waitress was very attentive and made a bomb spicy watermelon margarita. the sandwich was dry, but the vegan ham was amazing. but not much vegan huh. as the pho was good, not the best vegan pho I had, but I would have it again. there were only bark balls, but no other bark pieces, as the menu said. I would try other things there too.
