Farmer Boys Food - Riverside

Came during dinner rush and Edward was fantastic. He looked after the whole restaurant. Good work for him and his team. Very impressive.

Very nice young lady at the opening window. Location in downtown Riverside. Would I go back? Yes! The passage is very safe and the food was fresh.

The restaurant was approx. 1/3 full and we waited 2-3 minutes in the line to place our order. Nothing seemed to be missing overall. My order was accepted and I received the entrance at 9:46. My wife and I ordered a hamburger, a BLT piece of fish (that was my first time at Farmer Boys, so I wanted to have a taste that was included in the bill). We waited in the lobby with the flag number (40) in a simple view. And we kept waiting and waiting. Other customers were in line, ordered their food and left with their order while we waited a few more. At 10:26 (40 minutes after the order) I approached the service counter and requested a refund. The manager immediately refunded my money while he never offered an apology or expressed any kind of repentance because he took more than 40 minutes to complete a 10-minute order. What did they do with my ticket for 30 minutes?! The inability of management to control and monitor employees and the product was a textbook presentation of the buffalo factory in action. Inability is the only descriptor that applies to this situation. This experience reflects both the name of Farmer Boys and the community in which the operation takes place. So on this day I was wasting an hour with the Riverside Farmer Boys. I'll try Farmer Boys again, but probably in another place. There are good restaurants in Riverside. This Farmer Boys is not one of them. The lobby and exterior of the building were clean and tidy.

This Riverside site is a disaster! Saturday are only 2 employees in orders and only 1 cook!! Half of the open tables had not been cleaned by previous customers and were fucked with plates and garbage everywhere, so no place to sit! I don't know if it's better during the weekdays, but I'll never go back

Good fast food . Everything made to order. Good sized portions. Don 't expect it to come out of the kitchen in 2 minutes, the food is fresh not processed. Friendly staff. Breakfast served all day. Great salads, great burgers!
