Del Taco - Riverside

I always go to this location. They are courteous great customer service.

Food is not flavorful. Cashier's attitude is grounds for firing.

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent, but prices are much cheaper at the Del Taco located a mile up Van Buren at Wood Rd. Despite being more expensive, this location runs efficiently and consistently provides great service and high-quality food. Over the past few years, I have not encountered any mistakes with orders. The downside is that items are more expensive compared to the other Del Taco down the road, with combo meals costing over a dollar more and value menu items 40¢ more. The two burritos are priced at $8, while they are only $7 at the other location. For big families looking to save money, the other Del Taco location may be a better option. If prices were brought in line with other locations in Southern California, I would prefer to dine at this location. Vegetarian options include a mix of cheese, bean, and veggie-based items. Parking tip: Avoid parking near the drive-thru when they are busy to avoid getting blocked in.

It takes an incredibly long time for them to serve orders. I have been waiting in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes!!!

I make a special effort to visit this Del Taco location. Unless you happen to stop in Barstow on your way to Vegas, you won't find a better Del Taco. Even the Barstow Del Taco is only slightly better because they offer Spicy Jack Quesadillas. What sets this location apart is the wonderful staff. Diane leads the team with friendliness and excellent customer service. The drive-thru is quick, the interior is clean, and the food is consistently delicious. I eat at Del Taco about 10 times a week, and whenever possible, this location is my top choice.
