Daisy's Diner Country Store - Riverside

Honestly, the food can be either the best meal ever or the worst depending on the cook. What is consistently good is the tea. You cannot mess up tea. There’s a quaint store inside of the restaurant that sells Christian merchandise, shirts and jewelry. The staff are awesome and everything typically comes out quickly. Never seen it be nasty or dirty so there’s a plus.

Today I went here with my family with high expectations. Well, didn't go so well... -We sat down, and for 15 minutes we didn't have server we actually had to go get somebody. -The mashed potatoes are cold. -The roll looks like it was taken from the Trinity County jail and served here. Everything was delicious and the staff is excellent. We drove out of the way to try the food and it was well worth it. Cadence was very sweet and adorable... perfect example of Texas hospitality

Best cabbage I've ever had. Waitress (Riley) made sure I was taken care of as well despite being super busy. Definitely a future stop for me during my travels!!

Good home cooking. I've been going here since I was little and it was called Riverside Cafe. The remodel looks great and the food is still great. I'm just not sure of the hours. We stopped on a Sunday at 130 and tried to have lunch and they were closed. The hours are confusing.
