Church's Chicken - Riverside

Check your order they are trying to get orders out Fast so they don't check. I went back because I ordered mixed and they gave me legs and thighs and when they fixed it. They didn't apologize or even offer to make it right. They could have left extrapieces. But no.

Wow I can?t believe the wait on drive thru. I ordered a combo and waited over 20 mins in the drive thru line for my lunch meal. It?s ridiculous how long I had to wait. It?s a drive thru not a sit in your car and eat. I couldn?t even back out of the area.

Their store need upgrades. the drive thru speaker doesn't work on some days. They don't be having enough workers. One person cooking and one person serving the counter and drive thru is not cutting it

Poor service at this location! For a place that only serves fried chicken you would think they would be cooking fried chicken. Every time I have gone to this location I have to wait 15 minutes for them to cook it and still get the order worng. On top ofthat if the line gets too long they close the drive-through. The place closes at 8PM even though they say 10. The quality offood is what you should expect from Church's. Too bad the next closest location. Is 10 miles away.

Food tasted was average, but it wasn't bad. They didn't have the spicy chicken sandwich. The service is slow. The employees are nice.
