Starbucks - Riverside

They were very slow and it took 30 minutes for them to make three food items, it wasn’t very busy

I brought a friend to the Starbucks. I always tell her that it’s delicious here and she ordered a caramel macchiato from one of the supervisors Lucino he was extremely rude and unconcerned about what she wanted which was the drink not milky and could not taste coffee he rudely made her another which was worst she asked for a shot of espresso In it and he said he would only refund it we asked for a manager and he said he was the manager on duty I then told him his representation of this place is very bad and he never apologized or asked how he could help also the girl with the black bob haircut also would not remake drink for us she said that was not her station as for the moment? wow pretty sad at the fact that I use to pay 30 dollars a day at this store as I work near by but they lost a customer

The workers are not friendly, or at least the guy that took my order looked bothered. I'll drive a little further down to a different Starbucks next time.

Waited 15 min got my oatmeal’s to be told my drink would take more time she was 20 min behind. Long story short I left without my Venti Mocha!
