Good service and the person who helped me was very friendly

Too hot weather to be here long to enjoy the foods. Plenty of restaurants and yummy foods in this area as well as Starbucks...Free parking lots. Just too HOT to be enjoying outside DURING SUMMER TIME.

The floors seem to always be dirty. Walls. Dirty and dusty. Air vent dusty. Decorations on walls. Dusty. It looked like they are having a hard time maintaining the store. The cookies can’t hide the mess. Places where they have boxes and inventory is dusty and dirty. The section where it had two tablets( now only one. Area looks weird now) is dirty. Anything white at the store is covered in dirt and dust except the counter where the display cookies are. Service: sometimes never getting a welcome but that’s fine. What’s isn’t okay is ignoring the people with online orders. Not one person checking up to confirm anything. “Are you here for a pick up?” Would make things better but I guess you trained your employees to ignore everyone. At this crumbl they don’t even look your way. “Did you need anything… oh you can place an order on the tablet there” will do wonders for you.

Cookies are great. But the guy that brought them out was colder than my milk. And they gave me the wrong cookies. Spent over $20 on cookies and couldn't even get what I asked for.
