Burger King - Riverside

I recently visited this BK with my children. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this place. They offer the best of food that is absolutely clean and hygienic and also their staff (Annel) was very professional and friendly.

I came in and asked for my food. They forgot to put cheese on my burger and I kindly asked the lady (Mica) if she could put the cheese on my two burgers. Instead of offering a better service experience she just handed me two pieces of cheese in a bag. The cook gave me a dirty look as if I had the fault he forgot the cheese that was clearly said on my order. I have worked in a fast food facility before and I personally would have offered to make new burgers, not just handed them two pieces of cheese in the bag. The cashier named Tania gave extraordinary experience. Thank you Tania!

The same person exchanging money was also serving food. I ask if they could wash their hands before serving food. They said they cannot wash their hands every five minutes. Thanks Burger King. You stopped me from eating there.

I would have never thought that this Burger King located inside the Walmart store could ever match up with any stand alone Burger King restaurant. Well, not only was I wrong but the breakfast croissan'wiches are the best I've ever had. I don't know what this location does differently but the croissants themselves are extremely fresh. I thought maybe I got lucky after the first one or two visits but I've probably been to this location about maybe 10 times now and every time the sausage and ham breakfast croissan'wiches have always been AMAZING!! I enjoyed my meal so much, I went out of my way to go back to tell Annel, who was the Manager, just how impressed I was. Since then, I've gone out of my way to come to this location for breakfast even though another Burger King restaurant is closer. I've spoken with Annel, the Manager, to let her know numerous times just how amazing their breakfast croissan'wiches are compared to the regular Burger King restaurants. All I know is when Annel is the shift Manager, I have never been disappointed. As a matter a fact, I'd like to give a shout-out to Annel because she is definitely not your typical manager. Annel is not only very professional, but she is cheerful and pleasant to speak with. This Burger King location is very lucky to have Annel represent their location and brand!Anyway, back to breakfast, for anyone that enjoys Burger King, do yourself a favor and try this location. For anyone who has never had Burger King, this is the location to try because they use TLC when making your breakfast.

The food tastes good. There are a lot of homeless people that are camped out in front of the restaurant, in the back parking lot, and roaming the area. The employees were trying to kick them out of the restaurant because of behavior issues. This location should hire a security guard. I would not feel safe having my family eat here inside.
