Panda Express - Riverdale

Food was great. The fire cracker shrimp was not spicy as I expected based on the name.

This place is so trashy. One of the workers tried to keep my money after I said I had an incident with my order. I told her to cancel it idk if she has hearing problems or what. I had to repeat myself and she kept switching my words up. I called 4 times they are so slow. So then I had to call customer service they answered in ONE called I swear I hate this place I’m never ordering from it again cause I would’ve pulled up and got an attitude. But the fact that I said cancel my order and give me a refund you didn’t even do that. I didn’t get my confirmation for my cancellation or anything. Trying to keep my money is crazy at least customer support got me right. Do better on your communication skills. Answer the damn phone.

They are doing a great job at this location honestly. I was shocked, thanks for the service!

Fairly clean, friendly but very busy stuff, very limited vegan options.It would be nice if they had tofu options or just a vege/mushroom stir fry or something.Interesting to try out though.

So I see that they were hiring. I called this place about 20 times and nobody picks up waste of time to even fill out an application wouldn’t recommend this store. Crazy how I called The next nearest panda express, and they answered within the first ring. I think this panda express is just very unprofessional. So if you’re thinking about filling out an application, I wouldn’t do it it’s just a waste of time they don’t need to help that bad.
