Dunkin' - Riverdale

Bareka and Lianne are very friendly and hard to work, and they always have their make-up on flee. I order the pink drink and... That's wrong. I mean, I ordered a frosty coffee and it was very good.

I ordered a big Macchiato with my reward. When I picked up my drink, I thought the cup wasn't the big size. But I thought they wouldn't make such a mistake. Later I checked the size of the cup below and it was 24oz. It's an incredible mistake. I went back and asked her if the cup is the big size. They accepted her mistake and offered me another Macchiato. I couldn't drink another one. I just didn't accept it. I'm so disappointed that they make such a mistake. I hope this was not done because I used my reward to order the drink.

Ordered an iced coffee with butter pecan and cream. Was amazing. Not all the DDs make the drink taste this good. Only a few that I have been to and this is one of them. Would recommend this DD to anyone. And this place is clean given the fact that it is inside BJs.

Staff is always friendly and the coffee is always consistent and fresh. Always clean and inviting.
