Cuban Eddie's River Vale

I received missing items from my order. I attempted to contact the restaurant twice, but there was no response, and their voicemail inbox was full.

I realize I only worked there for a short time, but you can't overlook missing a whole duck and three orders of Maduros. They don’t answer the phone and leave a general voicemail that’s full. I had to drive back 20 minutes only to wait even longer because they hadn’t prepared the duck at all. The only response we received was an apology about being short-staffed. I won’t be returning.

I absolutely adore this place! The food is amazing, and the portion sizes and prices are great too. I recommend trying everything on the menu. My current favorite is one of the burritos—it's incredibly delicious!

The place is on the hill; really sad. Freshness less than desired. Hit or miss to taste. Had pork chips that were boiled and had to throw at the pan at home to make edible. Cuban sandwiches soggy and tasteless. I never write reviews, and here I am. Order was wrong and recognized when I opened home. Try to call them without luck, you can't talk to anyone; everything is automated and has to send emails.

First off...as I walked in Mayra greeted me nicely. I definitely felt how short staffed they were and shortly after Felipa came in to the rescue. Well...I only came in for a Cubano Sandwich and after looking around and their menu I ended up taking a lot more delicious food than anticipated. My Cuban sandwich was perfectly and exquisitely crafted and it pretty much melted in mouth bite after bite. ...and whatever you do go there and be ready to pig out...Yes pig out!
