First visit. Nicest chips iv tasted in a long time. Definitely will be back.

Under a new name 'Best Chippy ' which I cant validate without visiting all the rest lol. But... Staff were very friendly and attentive and food was very good for a chippy. Only able to comment on chicken and chips but it was freshly made and tasty.

The food is great, but the owner could benefit from smiling once in a while. The fish is always the freshest!

This is a pretty good fish and chips place. The batter is delightfully crispy, and lunchtime prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it!

I ordered fish and chips (haddock), and I found the batter to be incredibly thick, making it quite unpleasant. The fish itself was so thin that it was difficult to find. I also ordered a steak pie supper and was given a refund of £2.00, but after calculating, it turned out to be £6.50 minus £4.20. At that point, I was very disappointed and asked for a full refund. I won’t be returning.
