Wendy's - River Hill

The folks who work here are the friendliest people I’ve ever met working at a fast food restaurant. The order is always correct and speedy. Everyone at this location deserves a raise.

The service was excellent, the food was fresh and hot, the front desk server was very polite and show us excellent service. Everything was clean and organize. We definitely will come back....

I couldn’t rate this place lower. Ordered two sandwiches both of which were supposed to have bacon. Neither did. Had to wait almost 20min for 3 people in the drive through to get helped. Food was all lukewarm when I got it. I have no idea how this place is still open.

Stars for the food only. The customer service by the window is rude and disrespectful. We went around 11:30a and the English speaking lady at the window orders responded too harsh, and argued what we wanted to get as customers. I'm tired of such bad customer service since Covid. Living in this area for 20+ years and the things we have to put up with nowadays are unacceptable. This is sad.

Horrible experienceWent in just for a Lemonade on March 31 2024. I said hello to the lady behind the counter and she said nothing and walked away.I waited 5 minutes and no one came over to take my order.When the lady who walked away came back, she walked past me to the drive thru. That was it for me.I walked out.
