Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - River Hill

The soup was very salty. When my wife told them about it, the cook said I don 't cook the soup, I just heat it up . They didn 't offer if we wanted something else or a refund. They just threw away the soup and that 's it. Obviously I will never return to this place.

I purchased thr Beef ans Broccoli and my beef was very pink. I asked for a refund and the cashier went through thr motions and gave me a receipt indicating a refund will hit my card in 5 days. It's been 12 and still no refund. I will never go back nor recommend.

They forgot our order. They tried to bring us other patrons orders. Had to ask and 45 minutes later it came after our dinner companions were done. Could hear cooks arguing with each other as to who dropped the ball. My dish was good but they jipped my wife. Our dinner companions got their order right away and also had tofu and significantly more tofu. Obviously mad or did not care or have pride in the job. Sauce just dumped into rice making it soupy. They shorted the tofu but it was cooked. Pricing is average but for less money you can get a well cooked combo at a hole in the wall Chinese takeout. Do better.

As a door dash driver I have been here multiple times for pick up and have it on my black list now. No matter what time of day it is there is almost no one in the restaurant and take out orders take thirty minutes longer than estimated pick up time. There was a time when I arrived for pick up and not a single person is behind the kitchen cooking. The worst customer service and work ethic that I’ve seen in a long time. Do not waste your money or your time.

I ordered my food ahead of time. My food wasn’t ready when I showed up. The didn’t have the entree that I did order so I had to pick something else. I waited for 30 minutes after ordering my food 15 minutes before showing up. The food quality was poor. I also ordered extra protein and didn’t get it. It wasn’t a good experience.
