Chipotle Mexican Grill - River Hill

4th time here… they never have regular Tabasco sauce and divvy out the other they have in large plastic containers hardly filled. I will frequent another chipotle. One that does not treat their guest like thieves looking to steal hot sauce… one that actually stocks what chipotle should have stocked.

This place tries to scam you by not giving what you ordered. For example, I ordered a bowl with chicken and they didn’t gave that. Also, they put whatever they wanted in my bowl. While I was inquiring the same thing one more lady came with the same complaint. Either they need to a hire new people or stop scamming people.

This will be my last visit to this chipotle. Ever time I order here there is something wrong with my food. I ordered a bowl and got 2 large spoons of rice and half a spoon of chicken. When I ask for more they try to charge double. It makes no sense. Every time we order this food our stomachs are killing us the same night and next day. The workers just rush through your order. The cashier is not friendly either. I spent $40 here yesterday and the chicken was extremely fatty and undercooked. Health department needs to frequent here. There is no reason for the food to be this expensive and always making us sick.

Food was OK, the music is too loud for any conversation. Multiple people yelling at each other trying to talk just detracts more from the experience. It seems they don't really want people to stay. the health department should take a db meter to ensure safety.

The worst Chipotle I’ve ever experienced! The steam board was very mess. 45 min before closing the lights are dem inside and they refuse to serve. Wow
