It 's a restaurant which is one of the best pizza specialties. No wonder, it’s in Rive de Gier. This is the place where you can find the best pizzas in the region. It is recognized that it is the taste reference for gourmet level pizzas. The true taste and smell of Italy in this cabin. Professional cooking. Good value for money pizzas. It 's a shame that for years there has been no real evolution towards a real pizzeria, where you can enjoy it straight away in a building , on comfortable tables with service. There are some who can 't wait and who prefer to eat hot right away, on the hood of the car. You can order plates there. It 's practical for family meals or even for a group appetite. Sale of drinks including wine and beer . Not too much choice though. My idea is to go and do an internship there and not waste my time in Rochepaule. That way I would have the opportunity to get my hands dirty and understand the real cooking method in the oven .
