Ginos Rivas Futura - Rivas-Vaciamadrid

Excellent service and cuisine, 5/5 among Ginos (not among every Italian restaurant) Only drawback might be it's a bit small.

Came here with some friends for dinner on a Saturday, and I definitely didn't expect what happened. They got it right with two out of five dishes, and when we complained about meat in our vegetarian dishes they took them and brought them back straight away, having simply removed the meat. After this, I asked to speak to the manager, who quickly sorted it out and offered dinner complimentary. I was surprised to find this attitude from a supervisor in Spain, so thanks CRISTINA, you're the real mvp. TL;DR manager sorted out all issues, rest of stuff awful.

It was horrible. They were rude. They made us pay more than needed and when we teld them they were angry

Hemos comido aquí un martes. Bastante tranquilo. Todo el personal muy amable, especialmente Sara, que nos atendió, Eva, que nos recibió al llegar. Muy amables.
