Albergo Poggio D’oro - Riva di solto

My son-in-law booked because very close to their hill cottage. We had lunch in the gazebo overlooking the lake. The view is wonderful and would go alone the visit. The food is very good. We chose all the first and passed the tasting dishes. Casoncelli, noodles with mushrooms or with lake fish. All of them good... for me a little salty, but I admit I use little salt. We shared tasting of cheese and salami, really amazing. The girl served us with kindness and punctuality. I was amazed at the tablecloth and paper napkins in such a unique place!

The menu does not include many dishes but are very good and especially light. I never needed to drink during the night after dinner at Poggio d'oro. Also dine on a terrace overlooking the lake, with lit candles served by very kind and friendly staff has no price!

Unbelievable discovery. The terrace with a view would already be worth a visit, but the real discovery were the amazing dishes and homemade desserts. Super recommended by every single member of my family. We will definitely come back!

I've been seeing this restaurant for years, and she's never disappointed me. The location is unparalleled, with its terrace overlooking the lake. Excellent dishes both of lake and of land, and exceptional desserts prepared by the daughter of the very kind owner. I recommend the mixed start of the lake, with polentina.
