Bidrage med feedbackWell the new general manager is a real peach. I have been ordering once a week for many years. Today I was informed by her I was outside of their radius and they will no longer be delivering to us. She was extremely rude in explaining this to me. Last week I called to place an order they left me on the phone for 15 minutes so I drove to the store while on hold. I figured the store was probably busy. However when I arrived still on hold the store was dead with one order on the board. I over heard one of the workers in the back room say well it’s just my luck that she would have shown up. I will not do business with them again.
Employees are very nice, and make you feel you matter as a customer. Any time I experienced an issue they were quick to correct it and make it right. One of my pizza 's came out burnt once and they put a new one in, they noticed it before giving it to me.
The food was more delicious than usual, and the staff member was very polite.
The general manager is very rude. There are plenty of other pizza places in town, so I won’t be ordering from here again.
I’m genuinely disappointed to write a negative review for this restaurant, as I’ve ordered from them many times and usually enjoyed my meals. However, my recent experience was unacceptable. I ordered a salad that contained moldy onions, wilted brown lettuce, and some sort of dried pepper core. I called to speak with a manager, but they refused to issue a refund or even give me credit for a future order. They did offer to remake the salad, but after the appalling quality of the first one, I wasn’t interested. I’m really let down by both the food and the service. I gave them an opportunity to rectify the situation, but they did nothing. I'm unlikely to order from this location again, and I would not recommend the salad if you choose to give the Rittman location a try.
