The Black A Moor Inn - Ripon

Had Sunday lunch there on the 29th July with our family and guests from the USA. The service, food, comfort and warm welcome we received were second to none. Have eaten all over the UK and Europe, and have found none better. Well done and thank you.

Had a lovely meal at the Black A Moor Inn last night complete with a free stopover in our motorhome. We had our meal in the dog-friendly bar area and the food and staff were amazing. Highly recommended.

Was just in this last Sunday for a frying dinner with the family of my best friend living in ripon. it is very close to the newby hall gardens, so it was an ideal location for dinner after a day of walking the gardens. I had the filled chicken breast and bam mess. both were delicious! the atmosphere was cozy and picturesque. friendly staff that smiled, which was actually very refreshing! I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back for another visit or recommend it to a friend!

Absolutely loved my weekend, lovely rooms great food wonderful staff, if you are planning to stay in the area this place is a must. I will certainly be back. Ps if you need a packed lunch just ask, it was amazing.
