Pizza Roma - Ripley

I placed an online order through the website, and it was really easy and intuitive to use. There were many options to choose from. We ordered a few pizzas, along with some sides and other items. The food arrived quickly, and we were both pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The Italian garlic bread was amazing. We will definitely order from them again. The only thing I would suggest is that while they allow you to add toppings to your pizza online, they don't have the option to remove them. I'm sure they could accommodate that if they made some changes to the website.

The staff is always friendly, whether you’re speaking with them over the phone or in person. Deliveries are consistently on time, and the food is excellent. I highly recommend this place; their pizzas are delicious!

The food arrived in a timely manner, and it was nice and hot. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't suit my taste, particularly because of the cheese they used. The chips were also quite greasy.

Very bland pizza. Literally no flavour. That or I've had covid each time I've ordered from here. Literally no taste whatsoever. Kebabs okay.

Ordered at 11pm, app said food would be with us in 45mins. One hour later (now midnight) and very hungry, pizza Roma have cancelled our order with no explanation and are not answering calls. Ordered from them once before and had no problems, really disgusted with the lack of customer service and leaving it until an HOUR LATER to cancel it...for no reason? So now we have no food, no explanation and have to wait 3-5 days for a refund? Seriously? Get it together pizza Roma?
