Bidrage med feedbackThe sandwiches are half the width they use to be and they're so cheap with the toppings that you don't get half of what you use to get. The toppings are also cut thinner and smaller. A large ham and cheese, with a small bag of chips and large soft drink was over $15. If it was an original Subway sandwich, no problem with the price, but both pieces of the footlong put together might have made one original six inch Subway sandwich. I hope not every Subway has changed this much.
Stopped in and met the new owner right after the power went out in town. He seems super nice and is experienced in commercial buisness. I see good things coming. Stop in and support the new business... same experience staff!

Extremely disrespectful female, elderly employee removed all my veggies (lettuce and cucumber) from my sub and canceled the doordash delivery. I walked to the restaurant to find the door locked before 9pm (their closing time) and the insulting, offensive and completely unprofessional female elderly employee had the order sitting on the pickup shelf. She had the receipt ready when I returned to request a full refund for my sub. She started screaming and yelling uncontrollably upon hearing that I will be contacting her supervisor tomorrow for a refund. Never eat here; This place is horrible. Worst subway in America ??
Ordered door dash from here and the order was stolen by the dasher. I said okay not their fault and ordered another one. The guy working REFUSED to make the order I paid a SECOND time for! He was rude as hell to the new dasher and rude as hell to me on the phone and hung up on me! He is a dark haired older man. Sad because I go here all the time and they are refusing because of SOMEONE ELSE'S mistake?! This guy doesn't need to be working there if that's how he's going to treat customers! Why did he not check the name of the dasher before letting them take the order? I'm extremely unhappy with the way I was treated. I'm pregnant and paid TWO TIMES for food I never received just to be treated so poorly from someone who works there and should be trying to make it right. I worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and I NEVER treated ANYONE that bad. Just pathetic and who knows how many people he turns away from that store. He claimed he was going to lose profits, but he's the reason he's losing profit now.
