Pizza Hut - Ripley

I had a terrible experience with my order. I requested a refund for one item, but the manager became upset and ended up refunding my entire order. It was such a disappointment! I've been trying to give them another chance each week, but the same thing keeps happening.

I haven't had any issues with this Pizza Hut in quite a while. My orders are always delivered quickly and hot. The woman who works at the window is consistently very friendly and takes the time to greet you and express her gratitude. However, the blonde woman who occasionally works the window doesn’t seem to have the same approach—she barely smiles and rushes through the transaction, just handing you your food without any warm interaction.

Great food and service. I just wish the dine in option was back.

We ordered via Phone call, the girl told us 15 to 20 minutes. When we got there they have no order for us. They offered to remake order but never even tried to comp for their mishap, so we placed order again and now we have 30 to 40 minutes wait longer instead of 15 to 20. The employee woman was screaming n cussing something about dispatch and the other employees as the rest of the other employees were standing around posted up on their phones

I will never order anything from yall again food was cold and no done and I had to wait 20 min before they find my order I was pulling off when the lady said they find it. It was alot of cars behind me.
