Manny's Cowboy Burgers - Rio Rico

Another great local shop in Rio Rico. Very good and friendly service. The owner/cook treats you like family and the burgers are really tasty.

Today I had the WORLD'S BEST STEAK BURGER (1/3 lb. at Manny's Vaquero Burgers in Rio Rico, AZ. Manny is a retired rodeo cowboy who worked his way through college as a chef. He knows the local ranchers, buys the finest beef and tops it with caramelized onions, green chili, cheese, his special sauce (spicy on a grilled brioche bun. Yum! He'll play guitar and sing an old cowboy song, too. He's such fun, a real hoot! ???

We had burgers, onion rings and fries and they were excellent. Friendly staff and the owner takes pride in his business. Glad we found this little hidden gem, will certainly return next time we are in the area.

This cook is excellent and is very personable. I ordered a burger and fries with a coke. This is a great place to go and you can buy freshly made tortillas next door.
