Wendy's - Rio Rancho

The night staff at this restaurant is incredibly rude! The person taking my order at the drive-thru was very impatient. We ordered three Frostys, but instead of the large ones we paid for, they gave us mediums. When we tried to ask about it, they just shut the window in our faces. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found a hair in my Frosty.

The food was excellent, and the service was impressively fast. We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

The burger I had there was actually very good. The guy working the drive thru was friendly.

The 2 girls working drive thru were too busy gossiping and rating male co- workers to have manners or even say you 're welcome. Window was open the whole time as they giggled spoke about people. Then when I thanked them I had the window slammed in my face. So thanks to the short girl with disgusting long nails the taller girl with the purple beads in her hair. Won 't be back.

It 's nice to have a place that has an open lobby ???? so you can eat your food while it 's warm. Most places we go you have to use the drive-thru because their lobbies are closed. This place was clean and quiet. Seating was very comfortable as recently remodeled. And using the app you can order buy one and get one free sandwiches . Plus senior citizens get free drinks!
