Jersey Mike's Subs - Rio Rancho

Rio Rancho location on Our...On the jersey mike’s app, I got the wrong order that had my name on it. false sub specified, missing tube order. cried and spoke to the manager to correct the problem, asked for a refund and got a response from k and hanged on me. I called for a second time, why he hanged up and wanted to know if he acknowledged my question, he was rudely told that I had already told you and hanged up again, called a third time, why he hung on me, I'm trying to make sure I get a refund. then he lifts up his voice, which I already said, that I was answered to him, that everything he had to do would explain to me instead of hanging on me. he then says again that I already said yea then I asked someone higher than he says he is his name. - a 3rd time. what is this for a manager? rude, unresponsiw, non-compulsory service! I have to get my refund. of course there is no contact for the owner of this place. I have never ordered a problem with someone or our food from there for years. FIRST time this happened and that was the treatment that gets a customer?

Where's the beef, I got a roast beef sub that was half the usual meat, and all bread. Not a good experience for 18.00 for a large. Very disappointed since I've been going to Jersey Mike's for years!! I'm from Jersey and that was a BIG let down

The staff was great! They were so slammed when I walked in but was taken care of right away! My sandwich was delicious and appreciated the great customer service.

Had woman for her first experience since we were out. she really liked the brot, but was otherwise not impressed, especially for $8.75 for 1 sandwich. they got my order wrong and double charged and had to refund one after I noticed it. we will give them a chance, because it was not so bad to decide the future. even though I got wrong sandwich. next time I'm not going to be wrong with the number so hopefully she's not gonna be wrong again.
