Bidrage med feedbackThe cook is so creative and offers HERE 1 high quality Japanese cuisine. I think he's so close to a Michelin star in terms of his food. I personally like his food very much. Not hard, but not soft sushi rice with the perfect amount of sushi vinegar, with sometimes its creativity with black truffle or caviar. The only reason I give four stars is because of the service. As a high-quality restaurant, their waiters/waitresses cannot speak English, only the cook can speak. Secondly, the service is far away from Michelin-Star, not only the details, but also the kindness. I hope there will be some changes to the service and the cook will be rated with Michelin stars.
Good quality fish and the tempura was very well fried, light and crispy and not oily. However, the tempura sauce was not right: too little dashi in it and no daikon available. The ponzu used for fish carpaccio had way too strong a citrus flavour (I don’t believe from yuzu) and half of it was left. Sake prices are crazy, probably 50 per cent higher than london, which itself isn’t cheap.
I think we came on a bad day and time. Food and service were OK. Was expecting more for the money given the location.
Requires WI-FI to see the menu. They do not offer WI-FI and tell you to connect to the mall's WI-FI. This does not work. My guests and I walked out without ordering anything. I was willing to spend money on the premium priced food but it is their loss. Offer WI-FI or a paper menu.
The food is indeed good. However, the experience couldn't have been worse. The food only partially arrive 30min later, with one dish wrong, it was fried instead of raw. After letting them know, I'm still waiting for the original dish 45min later (total of 1h15min waiting time). Horrible experience.
