Luna's Pizzeria - Ringtown

Ordered pizza at 4:30, was told delivery in 45 minutes. Pizza came at 6 and was cold. They also did not deliver soda that was part of the order. Called to complain and was told they’d deliver a new hot pizza and the soda in about 20 minutes. They showed up at 7 and was told I could not have the new pizza because I did not give them back the old one. We put it in the oven to feed our family. Bottom line-don’t order from here.

The prices are fair, people are really nice. The wings come with lots of sauce and have a lot of meat on them. Pizza is good not too much cheese not too much sauce. Highly recommend

Upon checking the new menu at home, I saw that all the specials were still listed. As a business, if you decide to discontinue certain specials, that’s perfectly fine, but you need to update your menus! You should honor the prices shown on all current menus. I’m unwilling to support a business that does not stand by its advertising. From now on, I will be choosing Francesco’s in Shenandoah instead—they even have their menu available online!

Whenever I order items that include bacon, like pizza or a bacon cheeseburger, the bacon is almost always undercooked. The grilled chicken in the chicken wrap tends to be dry and overcooked, and our orders frequently come with missing ingredients or incomplete meals. I've ordered from Luna's many times and have been let down repeatedly. I hope the other locations of Luna's are not as disappointing as this one. While the delivery drivers are excellent, the cooks really need to rethink their choices.
