Arby's - Ringgold

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly racist. They deliberately messed up my order and mocked me, pretending not to understand me simply because I am not white. This experience was not only a waste of money but also a waste of time. Even after requesting for my order to be fixed, they continued to be rude and racist. This was the second time at this location that the same woman made fun of my autistic son in the car.

Consistently clean. The staff provides excellent service. The food could use some improvement in preparation. It would be great to have heated buns on the sliders. The bread on the sandwiches we ordered was cold, as if it had been refrigerated. This made the sliders less appetizing than usual.

Today I tried the Diablo Roast Beef and was somewhat disappointed because I was expecting it to be very spicy. However, it was not. The drive-thru was fast and the customer service was great. The orange cream shakes were delicious! I also tried the hush puppy battered fish and was very pleased with it.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was way over cooked dry and well not tasty at all. One the other hand I also ordered a roast beef sandwich and it was very good.

Lady taking order at drive through was very rude then I got up to the window and was disturbed by the looks of the employees I saw. I told them cancel my order. These folks looked as though they had not bathed in several days and on top of being rude,no thanks!!
