Chick-fil-a - Rincon

We had a delivery order for our office and placed the order at 10:43 a.m because they do not allow you to order earlier than that! It is 12:53 and still have not received our food. I called multiple times and was told they don’t know when the food was prepared. I was able to get a co worker to finally go pick up our food even tho our lunch break ended at 12:15. The lady on the phone said he will put free cookies in the bag and do a discount bc the food was so late. Picked the order up and no cookies where in the bag and they gave a “free delivery “ back on my food all.! I did not agree to this why on earth would I order food from y’all again? Please do better!

By far the worse Chick Fil A ever! I live by this one and visit at least 1-2 times a week it’s never a great experience! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
