Da Ugo - Rimini

Definitely a 5 out of 5. The restaurant is very lovingly designed. Everything is in boho style and very stylish. We didn't have a reservation (but you should) and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table (the restaurant was really full, so the waiting time was very short). The staff is very nice and accommodating. And the food is a poem. Everything we ate was heavenly. So the restaurant is not cheap, but not expensive either. Price performance is definitely right. A little disappointed, we expected more! We stayed with Amici, we can't say we ate badly, but he didn't eat well. The cold appetizers all had the same taste, the baked meat... I mean, if I cooked it myself, it kind of came the same thing... The friendly and attentive staff does not compensate for the substantial mediocrity of the kitchen. Not really cheap prices. Perplexed! Maybe we took the wrong night.

We ordered pizza and salmon fillet with baked potatoes, we were told that pizza and kitchen are separate and the food doesn't necessarily come at the same time. Not that bad in itself, but more than 10 minutes was a long time... The pizza was really tasty and reasonably priced. The salmon was okay (lots of lemon on it), but it was on really not lukewarm and rather crispy potato pieces. Way too expensive for that!
