We had a wonderful dinner here. Lovely local dishes on the menu I was especially happy with the pea soup served in a bread bowl. The pork roast and the pancakes with salmon tartare were also really nice. And the dessert from rye bread, creme chantilly and fruit preserve brought back childhood memories for me, as my grandmother used to make something similar. The service was very friendly and attentive and my wife and me left happy, feeling we had a good intro to Latvian delights. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.
Food was delicious and price was reasonable. The culture is reflected very well. Also staff was so kind.
Ask: Zeppelins, latvian black peas with smoked bacon, roasted pork with vegetables and cheese in the ceramic pot. Zeppelins was my favorite. It was the first time I tried latvian food and I was very impressed:
