Mcdonald's - Riedstadt

We were the only customers at about 2 pm and out order took 15 min to get ready, the staff were just holding our French fries and talking while the rest of the order was already at the tray. The sandwich had huge 5 cm pieces of onion. Of course, milkshake machine didn’t work. Worst experience ever!!! It’s not the fast and convenient food one would expect from McDonald’s.

Waited 10 minutes at drive-in, no one ever asked would I like to order something. Came inside the restaurant and the explanation was to much work, actually only 2 people sat in the restaurant, only 2 cars on drive-in. Will never come again.

Worst Experience ever, caught in the drive-through for almost 45 minutes. Neither forwards nor backwards…. Worst service ever!

The delivery has minutes. until the food came, my break was over for a long time! the supplier was impossible!

Fast and friendly delivery. the pommes were still hot.
