The service was and has been horrible. I wouldn't recommend going here for lunch during work hours! I placed an online order at 11:54 am and didn't get a refund until 12:45pm

Drive Thru is terrible..you wait 15-20 minutes, and have already pre-ordered on line

Diamond is rude and nasty. I am not sure why her mammy named her Diamond because her attitude is equivalent to bubble gum machine jewelry. She does not know how to resolve issues that the restaurant is clearly at fault for. She would rather argue with the customer. With all of the complaints regarding lack of meat, corporate needs to step in and do something. As mad as she got at me for telling her my SpudMax was fixed incorrectly, I believe she must be stealing meat to feed her kids. Potato was as dry and meatless as her attitude.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Most behind the counter have a I don't care attitude. McAlister's its best to shut this Ridgeland location down or make drastic employee and management and changes. Its really sad and a direct reflection on McAlister's.
